A Special Session on Advances in Automotive Radar Signal Processing is organized at the IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP2025) in Hyderabad, India from April 06 to April 11, 2025. Please refer to the main conference website for details about submissions.

Millimeter-wave (mmWave) automotive radars are a key sensing modality for environmental perception in both assisted and autonomous driving.  The special session includes 12 papers that encompass a wide range of topics: spatial resolution enhancement, new modulation schemes, novel radar architectures (bistatic radars, multi-sensor fusion) and interference mitigation. The submissions have been curated to include experts across the entire automotive radar ecosystem including contributions from both academia and industry.  There is also good geographical diversity –  submissions across North America, Asia and Europe.
