The main objective of this sub-committee is to find and co-sponsor a number of events (special sessions and workshops) for the future. The sub-committee will contact the organizers of the events that seems to be more interesting for ASI, check with them if there is space for a special session / workshop within that event and then circulate a call in both communities (ASI and the other one we are trying to involve) to find research teams able and willing to organize the special session. This sub-committee will be then in touch with other communities on one side and prepare call for sessions on the other side.
